Why Men and Women Play Games

It takes acquiring a lot of perspectives to eschew playing games in social situations and communicating openly and truthfully.

Unfortunately, most people never acquire enough experience to realize those perspectives.

There's a paradox endemic with men that make it tragically difficult for both sexes to get what they both already want. It's called the "Marxist Paradox", by the comedians, Marx brothers.

The paradox goes, "I would never join a club that would have me as a member!"

What this effectively means is, "I'd never have a friend that would have 'Me' as a friend!" or, "I'd never work for someone stupid enough to hire 'Me'!" or, "I'd never go out with someone who'd actually go out with 'Me'!".

In essence, anyone that would accept them for being them without their having to pretend to be bigger, faster, wiser, stronger, richer, better... something has to be wrong with them, since "I'm not good enough, how can others possibly accept me for me!"

So any woman that accepts him for him couldn't be possibly be good enough, and is "too easy."

So, you have to be able to communicate with people by owning it for yourself... you have to own the idea that you can eschew playing games and communicate as an enlightened and established person and communicate directly... able to communicate what you like, what you want, what you expect and what they can expect from you.
