Top 10: How To Have The Most Fun In Social Situations
These are my top 10 tips I’ve shared with my clients ever since I’ve been a dating coach where I’ve helped people meet, connect, and begin relationships with other people, so you can have more fun in any social gathering.
1. Make It A Habit To Start Conversations With Anyone
You don’t need to be confident or comfortable. You just have to be chatty.
2. Be Open And Inviting.
In between interactions with individuals or groups, SMILE. Have an open body language. Don’t cross your arms, as a general rule. And get rid of the RBF (Resting Bitch Face).
3. Be Chatty – Have A Deep Sense of Fascination.
Be enthusiastic. Enthusiasm is contagious. Talk about the mysterious and relationships. Make sure you pepper in humor. Humor opens people’s minds up.
4. Have Playful Confidence.
Act as comfortable being yourself and confident as if you were interacting with your niece and nephew.
5. Communicate Your Interest.
BUT, don’t just throw yourself at the person. Communicate transparently *why* YOU’RE finding them more interesting and attractive by the moment. This enlightens them as to why you’re valuable.
6. Wear One Item That’s Interesting.
…to make it easy for anyone to open up a conversation with you. Oftentimes, people want to conversate with you but they just don’t know what to say. Have a genuine story behind this item where you can also convey your personality.
7. Have A Life You Love.
You also don’t necessarily have to love where you are right now, rather you love where you’re going.
8. Have A Next Step.
If the person doesn’t have the gonadal fortitude to move the interaction forward to the next step, go ahead and do it yourself or at least give him the opportunity to lead by perhaps saying,
“I love this interaction. You seem interesting. I have to go, but what’s the best way for us to continue this?”
9. Don’t Drink.
Drinking inhibits your sensory acuity. It inhibits your authority over yourself and therefore responsibility. It inhibits your skillsets. You’ll have more fun when you don’t drink. Remember, the only reason most people drink is because they have such dull personality as to not have fun without drinking.
10. Be Self-Validated.
You only need your own validation from the results of your own decisions. Go ahead and do what you feel you’d like, sleep with whom you’d like, for your own reasons.
